Shipping policy

Promanuez ships throughout the Mexican Republic via Paquetexpress, Estafeta, and FedEx.

Delivery Times:

  • National Orders: 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination zone.

  • Local Orders: Up to 24 business hours for the La Laguna metropolitan area (Torreón, Lerdo, and Gómez Palacio) within the states of Coahuila and Durango.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard National Shipping: $160

  • Local Delivery (La Laguna area): $99

  • Free Shipping: On purchases over $899 for all of Mexico.

The delivery time begins once the order has been handed over to the courier and the tracking number has been sent to the customer. For local orders, the time begins once the order is handed over to our local delivery service. Please note that Promanuez may take 1 to 2 additional business days to process orders during high-demand periods (promotions, high season, or stock availability issues).

Delivery time guarantees apply only to business days (Monday to Friday). The final delivery time may extend until 8:00 p.m. on the scheduled day due to the courier's logistics operations. In some cases, couriers may deliver on Saturdays until noon; therefore, we ask you to double-check your address and availability to receive the shipment.

Order Processing Hours:

  • National Orders: All orders placed during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • Local Orders: All orders placed during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Orders placed outside of business hours or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

In some areas, delivery may be limited or cannot be completed by the assigned courier. In such cases, Promanuez may use alternative carriers; please note that standard delivery times (1 to 5 days) may increase up to 7 business days.

What are these areas?

These are locations without direct courier coverage (referred to as extended or "plus" zones) where the carrier does not have a local branch. A third-party service is used to complete the delivery, which may result in increased costs and longer delivery times.


Customer Responsibilities:

The customer is responsible for the shipping address provided for the generation of the shipping label. We kindly ask you to verify the following details:

  • Recipient's full name

  • ZIP Code

  • Neighborhood (Colonia)

  • Contact phone number and email

  • Exterior and/or interior number (including block, lot, housing development, etc.)

  • Delivery references (if any)

Important: If the shipment is going to a location other than a private residence, delivery times cannot be adjusted to specific windows. If there is an error in the data and Promanuez is not notified within 24 hours of purchase, the customer will be responsible for corrections and follow-up with the courier once the order has shipped.

If no one is found at the delivery address, the courier will make up to two additional delivery attempts. If this occurs, the delivery time guarantee will no longer be the responsibility of Promanuez.

Promanuez offers the option of "Hold for Pickup" (Ocurre) at courier branches. If you prefer this option, please contact us to locate your preferred branch. This option also applies to extended zones or areas without direct coverage.

External Factors: Promanuez is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, local regulations, or traffic situations.
