Promanuez ships throughout the Mexican Republic, with the exception of certain areas where delivery is limited due to the courier's logistical constraints. Primary Courier: Paquetexpress ** Promanuez reserves the right to use alternative carriers such as Estafeta, FedEx, and/or DHL Express to ensure coverage depending on the destination. ** In the event of obvious errors in pricing or availability resulting from technical failures, Promanuez reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders, providing timely notice to the customer and issuing the corresponding refund.

Promanuez also provides local delivery exclusively for the La Laguna metropolitan area via a local delivery service.

Delivery Times:

  • National Orders: 1 to 5 business days, depending on the zone.

  • Local Orders: Up to 24 business hours following the receipt of the order for the La Laguna metropolitan area (Torreón, Lerdo, and Gómez Palacio).

  • Extended Zones: Shipments to remote areas or locations without direct coverage by our couriers incur an extra cost. If this applies to your order, we will notify you, as delivery times may increase up to 7 business days.

What is considered a business day for shipping?

To qualify for same-day shipping, orders must be placed within the following windows:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Orders placed outside of these business hours, or on holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.
